Welcome to New Orient Hotel Danang. By accessing our website, making a room reservation, or using our hotel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Reservations & Bookings
All bookings made through our website, email, or telephone are subject to room availability and confirmation by New Orient Hotel Danang.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to register and check in for a room.
Valid government-issued photo identification or a passport is required from all guests upon check-in.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policies
Standard Check-in Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) onwards.
Standard Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM (Noon).
Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability upon request and may incur additional charges as per hotel pricing policy.
3. Rates & Payment
All rates published on our website are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of statutory taxes and service charges, unless otherwise stated.
Full payment or a valid credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and bank transfers. Additional incidental charges incurred during your stay must be settled prior to check-out.
4. Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellation and amendment policies vary according to the rate plan or promotion selected at the time of booking.
Standard Rate Bookings: Cancellations made within the specified cancellation window (as detailed in your booking confirmation) will incur charges equivalent to the first night's stay or full booking amount.
Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under promotional or non-refundable rates cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once confirmed.
In the event of a "No-Show" (failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification), the entire deposit or booking amount will be forfeited.
5. Hotel Rules & Guest Conduct
Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor guest rooms, public corridors, and enclosed spaces. Designated smoking areas are provided outdoors. A cleaning fee will apply for violations inside rooms.
Pets Policy: Pets and animals are strictly not permitted within the hotel premises.
Damages & Liability: Guests are liable for any physical damage, destruction, or loss caused to hotel property or amenities during their stay. Charges for repair or replacement will be billed directly to the guest.
6. Limitation of Liability
New Orient Hotel Danang accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to guest valuables, luggage, or personal belongings unless items are stored in the in-room safety deposit box or deposited with the Front Desk. The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to perform contractual obligations resulting from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or extreme unforeseen circumstances).
7. Intellectual Property & Website Content
All content published on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and layout design—is the exclusive property of New Orient Hotel Danang and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of website materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Da Nang, Vietnam.
