1. Booking confirmation methods and timeframe
Confirmation via email: Upon completing your reservation and successful payment on the website, our system will automatically send a Service Confirmation Email containing your Confirmation Code and details within 5 - 15 minutes.
Confirmation via direct channels: For reservation requests made via our Hotline or official Fanpage, our Reservations Department will send confirmation details via email within 24 hours.
Confirmation fees: Sending confirmation details via electronic methods is completely free of charge.
2. Check-in conditions and procedures
Age requirement: Guests making reservations and standing as the primary guest at check-in must be at least 18 years of age.
Identification documents: Please present a valid photo ID (National ID card or valid Passport for international guests) upon arrival for temporary residence registration as required by Vietnamese law.
Booking confirmation: Present your Booking Confirmation Email (digital version on smartphone or printed copy) with the corresponding Confirmation Code.
3. Check-in and check-out regulations
Standard check-in time: From 14:00 onwards.
Standard check-out time: Before 12:00 noon.
Early check-in / Late check-out: Early check-in before 14:00 or late check-out after 12:00 is subject to actual room availability at the time of request and may incur surcharges according to hotel prevailing rates.
4. Usage regulations for included services
Dining & spa services: Please arrive punctually at your registered time slot. In case of delays exceeding 15 minutes without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to reschedule your service slot based on actual operational capacity.
Airport transfer service: Please provide complete flight details (flight number, arrival/departure times) to the hotel at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely pick-up/drop-off service.
5. Resolution for missing confirmation
In the event that you have completed your payment transaction but have not received a Confirmation Email within 30 minutes (please also check your Spam/Junk folder), kindly contact us immediately for assistance and re-issuance:
